Gold jewelry prices change constantly depending on the current gold price, which is factored in when calculating the price of a piece of jewelry. If the order is shipped within the State of New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, Maryland, and New York, 6.625% sales tax is automatically collected and added to the order amount. When orders are shipped to other states, sales tax is not collected or charged and is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Agreement

After adding your desired items to the cart and navigating to our checkout page, you will be prompted with the payment page. On that prompted page, you may select your desired payment method and enter your details. By submitting that payment and agreeing to our T&C (Terms and Conditions), you authorize Raj Jewels LLC and our third-party companies to process the amount of the order for the item(s) you selected. If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, you may be liable for any fees, costs, or damages incurred by Raj Jewels LLC as a result. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal action if a chargeback is initiated without prior communication and resolution efforts.

Refund Policy

All refunds may be issued due to the following reasons:

• The item that was purchased is no longer available at the time of placing the order.
• The order that was placed does not pass through the internal verification process at Rajjewels.com. In this case, even if the payment was captured by the merchant, Raj Jewels Management reserves all the rights to decline the order and will refund the entire amount back to the credit card that was charged. Once the amount has been refunded, the refund amount will be credited to the member's account. Payments will post to the account within 7 to 10 business days depending on the issuing card's bank. Raj Jewels Bansal Group will not be responsible for any charges during this period from the credit card / bank company of the member.

Shipping and Delivery

The customer is required to specify the address and details of the person who will collect the shipment at the time of purchase.
