It's been an incredible experience shopping with Raj Jewelry! Saw the thaali pendant style that i couldn't get anywhere - i came to know only now there are hundreds of varieties, not just one or two i'm used to seeing in our family circle! After we ordered it late in the evening on Sunday, the lady was very helpful in making sure it was shipped on Monday, their holiday, and i received it on Tuesday before noon in California. Great service. Why i'm not giving 5 stars is because the gundus i ordered with pendant are incompatible - the sutra that goes thru the pendant doesn't go thru the gundu :-( and VG wasn't much helpful in resolving it. I wish somewhere it said the hole on the gundu is less than half the size of that on the pendant. That's ok, it's not the end of the world, i will go to the local shop and get compatible gundus and melt these when we make some other jewelry in the future.

I’ve shopped with Raj Jewels online these past several years, and a few times decades ago, when we lived in NJ. I was looking to trade-in some old jewelry, and Raj has the most generous policy of all the jewelers I’ve talked to. And, they now have a store in NC! That’s the best part!! So I checked the place out, and they had a pretty good variety. The customer service was great- they were patient, fair, and well-informed. They have about ten times as much variety in their store, as they do online, so please don’t assume it’s a small store with limited options. Will return, Thank you!!
